SURVEY CREW MEMBER NEEDED!

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Survey Crew Member to join our growing team.  If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and contributing to projects that shape Kansas City's landscape, we invite you to build your career with us!

As a Survey Crew Member, you will work alongside experienced survey professionals to collect accurate field data for boundary surveys, topographic surveys, utility surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, construction staking and much more.

This position offers the opportunity to gain experience while learning the foundations of surveying.  Survey Crew Member qualifications are:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to walk long distances over uneven terrain
• Ability to receive instruction
• Detail-oriented
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Experience preferred, but not required

Job responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Survey Crew Leader in performing field surveys
• Operating survey equipment
• Setting survey monuments, stakes, and hubs
• Loading and unloading equipment
• Preparing vehicles for daily assignments
• Communicating effectively
